This is a 50'
wide x 22' high grain storage building bolted to a 2' high grade
beam using the double bolt base connector. Note the exterior spacer
bar. Simple to erect.
Pioneer steel buildings can usually be erected in 4 or 5 days without the
need for special equipment. |

Step 1
- Simply pour a floating concrete perimeter grade beam. You can fasten
the building to the floating foundation using a base plate or trough

Step 2 - The steel
panels are easily assembled on the ground to form a complete arch.

Step 3 - Arches are now ready to be pulled up into place and bolted.

Each end wall
panel is pre-cut and numbered.
Layout the end wall on the ground first.
Install the end wall, end wall weather stripping and door frames. |

End walls can
be removed if you need to extend the length of the building.

Step 5 -Install the doors and windows to your chosen custom or factory
endwall. Your building is complete.
