Double Bolt Baseplate. 
The unique Pioneer baseplate comes in 3 double bold design adding extra strength and rigidity for a stable and easy connection to the foundation.

Stamped blue prints.
Engineered blue print drawings stamped by a registered professional engineer for every state and province in the United States and Canada available for permit purposes.

Staggered Crimp. 
Only Pioneer has the staggered crimp panel design for extra rigidity and strength, our competitors use the older opposite crimp design.

Thick Galvalume Plus™.
Pioneer uses nothing but the thickest coating of Galvalume Plus (AZ60 in the U.S. and AZ180 in Canada) for all gauge thicknesses and automatically includes longer and higher grade bolts for 18 gage and thicker buildings. The majority of our competitors only offer AZ 55 on 22 and 20 Gauge buildings and then use galvanized coated steel on 18 and thicker gauges carrying no warranty.

Quality control.
All buildings are inspected on several occasions, video-taped and color coded prior to leaving the factory to eliminate short shipments and damage.

Fully ridged panels.
Pioneer's panels are designed with minimal flat on flat joints reducing the possibility of moisture corrosion.

Standard size panels.
All steel panels (with the exception of the Mini model) use a standard 2' wide by 10' long, 7.5" deep staggered crimp design that weighs an average of 32 pounds so that two people can easily handle for construction purposes.

Deep panels.
The extra deep panels provides strength against snow and wind.

Unique ridge design.
Pioneer's unique roll formed ridge design adds strength to the end wall as well as added wind resistance.

Clear span.
Pioneer's clear span design eliminates the need for space-robbing trusses (wood or steel) or supporting posts and columns required in conventional buildings, allowing 100% usable space. It also allows for a better airflow resulting in a more consistent temperature maintained from one end of the building to the other.

One bolt size.
Just one size of bolt with pre-assembled washer is used for everything, no nails or screws are required.

Pre-cut end walls.
Pioneer believes that a pre-engineered building should be truly ready to erect. All end wall panels are pre-cut for you to fit the curvature of each model, saving you the hassle of cutting them yourself.

Cheaper shipping.
Due to the standard 2' x 10' panels, they have a unique stacking feature for shipping purposes = economical freight. Example: we can ship 4 buildings (40' w x 60'l) complete with ends vs. one conventional steel building (steel or wood truss) on a trailer.
